Brumbies beaten but 'Tahs stay in top four
The ACT Brumbies lost their unbeaten Super 14 record with a surprise 26-15 loss to the Auckland Blues over the weekend while the Canterbury Crusaders stayed top of the table with a 43-15 victory over South Africa's Cats.

BEN Harper received just the tonic he needed on Saturday.
The former Wodonga Raiders footballer watched Geelong win the AFL pre-season competition against the Adelaide Crows. He was elated that his beloved Cats won last night, his brother Grant Harper said yesterday.

More glory to come, Cats promise fans
GEELONG coach Mark Thompson has promised supporters his team is on the verge of premiership glory. After capturing the NAB Cup against Adelaide on Saturday night, he told 10,000 screaming fans at the club's family day at Skilled Stadium it was now time for the real thing.
